Seasonal pitches are ideal if you like the convenience of being able to get away for holidays and short breaks without the hassle of towing the caravan, booking a pitch, loading up the car etc.

All pitches are hardstanding and can be either Semi serviced or Fully serviced.

We also offer a monthly payment option so that you can pay by installments via standng order, please contact us for details.
Please note the monthly payments are part of the season price not price per month.

Choosing a pitch

A fully serviced pitch has an electric point, water tap and drainage point for brown water waste (from shower and sink not toilet).

A semi serviced pitch has an electric point.

When choosing a pitch you will get the choice of all available seasonal pitches on the site, When you have chosen your pitch you will get first refusal on keeping that pitch from year to year or you can change to another pitch.

Awnings may be left set up all through the summer season up until from 15th March - 30th September, so again ultimate convenience.

Our summer season runs from 15th March - 31st October.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payments must always be in advance.

2. Caravans and their contents are left entirely at the owners risk.

3. Awnings may be left up in between stays unless otherwise notified until 30th September.

4. Seasonal pitches are for friends and family only no sub letting.

5. No belongings to be left on grass area of pitches.

6. Seasonal pitches are not transferable if you sell your caravan.

7. No refunds available once the season has started.

8. Monthly payment option is part of the full season price not price per month.

9. Maxmium use 100 nights per season (max 21 nights at a time or return within 7 days).

10. No commerical vehicles.
11. Holiday makers only.
12. Keys to caravan & security devices etc, are not given out to family, friends or service engineers at reception.
